ERP Sales Executive (ERP & AI Automation)
Role Overview
As an ERP Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and proposing ERP and AI automation solutions. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in both sales and technology, and are looking to build a strong foundation in solution-based selling within the digital transformation space.
You will receive structured training and mentorship to develop your product knowledge, sales capabilities, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and market research
- Identify client needs and propose suitable ERP and AI automation solutions
- Support the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Client Engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations with support from technical consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and drive conversions
Learning & Product Knowledge
- Undergo structured training in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and AI workflow automation
- Participate in internal coaching and sales development programmes
- Stay updated on industry trends, product capabilities, and competitor offerings
Marketing & Events Support
- Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, exhibitions, and webinars
- Assist in lead generation activities during events and outreach efforts
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
