We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as remote Telesales/Sales Development Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services over the phone, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and set appointments for sales team.
  • Proficient in lead generation and perform cold calling.
  • Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities to achieve weekly/monthly appointment set targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless success in deal closure.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly driven individual and result-oriented to hit KPIs
