Overview
Our client in the beauty and aesthetics industry is seeking a Client Success Executive to support and manage client relationships/ requests. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling customer support requests efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls (approximately 100 texts per day)
- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments
- Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Support ad-hoc administrative or coordination tasks related to customer engagement
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred
- Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice
- Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience
- Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage

Working schedule:
- 6 days per week: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (including 1 hour break)
- 1 day off
