HR & Operations Intern
The company is a travel agency providing customised travel solutions and tour arrangements. They work closely with hotels, dining establishments, and service partners to deliver seamless travel experiences for their clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated interns to support Human Resources and Operations functions. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and keen to gain hands-on exposure in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and document management
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining staff records and filing
- Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and other vendors to coordinate bookings and confirmations
- Support the coordination of travel schedules, itineraries, and logistics
- Assist in organising internal schedules and operational workflows
- Provide general operational and administrative support as required
Requirements
- Open to ITE, Polytechnic, or Diploma students/graduates
- Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 2 months (up to 6 months preferred)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Interest in HR, operations, or the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
