We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role that spans the full employee lifecycle, from attracting and hiring the right talent to supporting the day-to-day HR and administrative operations that keep the business running smoothly. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both junior and mid-level roles, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build an effective candidate pipeline
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR-related correspondence
- Support payroll processing and leave administration in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Help coordinate performance review cycles and assist in tracking completion
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly documented and accessible
What We Are Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of related experience in an HR or admin-related role
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with MOM regulations and Singapore employment legislation is an advantage
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people
