We are looking for a motivated and driven HR Executive (Graduate Trainee) to join our HR team. This role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting hiring decisions and employer branding initiatives.

As part of the talent acquisition team, you will work closely with hiring managers and gain exposure to modern recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, recruitment analytics, and employer branding efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage the recruitment process including CV screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and offer support
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position
• Support and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment activities, and hiring events
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels
• Utilize sourcing platforms and networking tools to identify and engage suitable candidates
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts
• Assist with HR projects and perform other duties as assigned
 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with internship or up to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience will have an advantage
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms, professional networking sites, and recruitment channels is an advantage
• Interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement
• Basic understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, or HR technologies is beneficial
• Interest in labour market trends and talent acquisition strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently
• Basic knowledge of local labour regulations is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to improve recruitment outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, strong initiative, and willingness to learn
