As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work alongside experienced sales leaders and gain exposure to multiple industries including Business Advisory, Human Resources, Recruitment, Technology, and Marketing. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ business challenges and recommend suitable solutions across our advisory, HR, recruitment, technology, and marketing services.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve individual and team targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and identify new market opportunities.

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
