Accounts and Finance Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance while upholding our values of strong technical expertise and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles Orders and Processing Applications: Handle applications, liaise with vendors and clients to ensure delivery orders and approvals.
- Accounting Duties: Perform data entry for accounting purposes, record payments, and maintain orderly filing systems.
- Financial Reporting & Accounting: Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle invoices, payments, and collections to ensure timely transactions. Reconcile accounts and manage cash flow effectively.
- Tax & Compliance:
- Assist in tax filings (GST, corporate tax, etc.) and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support corporate tax calculation and submission.
- Assist in GST registration and submission.
- Assist in tax filings (GST, corporate tax, etc.) and regulatory submissions.
- Bookkeeping & Financial Statements Preparation:
- Support bookkeeping services on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Assist in the compilation of financial statements, including directors' reports (FRS reports).
- Help with XBRL compilation for ACRA.
- Support bookkeeping services on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored accounting and tax solutions.
- Administrative Support: Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents. Assist in any other ad hoc finance and administrative duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software & Microsoft Office: Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and strong Excel skills.
- Client-Oriented Mindset: Commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized financial services.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support team objectives.
Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
