About the Role

We are a growing company looking to expand our team with a reliable and organised Admin Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things in order, communicates well, and is looking to develop their administrative and accounting skills in a dynamic working environment. Key Information

  • Location: Singapore
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Issue Delivery Orders (D.O.) and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Handle day-to-day administrative paperwork and filing
  • Manage and update accounts using Xero accounting software
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks
  • Support the team with general administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn Xero accounting software
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage (can be taught)
  • Good communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
  • Organised, meticulous, and able to manage paperwork efficiently
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior administrative experience is a bonus
  • Candidates who are able to read and write Chinese is a plus
