What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate team schedules, manage appointments, and keep operations on track.

  • Prepare and process delivery orders with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Handle basic bookkeeping and support finance with documentation.

  • Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) to stay on top of tasks.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
