Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Research and identify new PPE project opportunities across public and private sectors.
Build and maintain networks with clients, agencies, and procurement bodies.
Develop and manage project budgets, invoices, and financial reports.
Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
Coordinate project documentation, logistics, and progress tracking.
Monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, market research, or business development in Southeast Asia.
Strong financial management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
