We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help drive our expansion across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia by identifying and securing project opportunities. The role involves market scouting, financial management, and project coordination from inception to completion.

Our client is a well-established company in the PPE industry with a strong presence across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong SAR. Recognised with industry awards, the company delivers PPE solutions that consistently meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new PPE project opportunities across public and private sectors.

  • Build and maintain networks with clients, agencies, and procurement bodies.

  • Develop and manage project budgets, invoices, and financial reports.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.

  • Coordinate project documentation, logistics, and progress tracking.

  • Monitor risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, market research, or business development in Southeast Asia.

  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
