Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, workforce coordination, and employee management across office and site-based teams. This role is well-suited for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working in an operational, site-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation

  • Support workforce management for site-based employees, liaising closely with operations and project teams

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, employment contracts, renewals, and HR compliance matters

  • Provide general HR and administrative support across operational and corporate functions

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with 2–3 years of HR experience (experience in construction or manufacturing sectors is advantageous)

  • Mature, confident, and hands-on, with the ability to manage workforce matters in operational settings

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to work fully on-site with a 5.5-day work week arrangement
