About the Company

The company operates within the dried food trading industry, supporting the supply, storage, and distribution of food products to customers and business partners. The team is looking for a Procurement / Warehouse Admin to support day-to-day purchasing, inventory, and warehouse administration duties.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement / Warehouse Admin to assist with procurement coordination, stock records, warehouse documentation, and general administrative support. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

No specific academic qualification is required. Candidates with prior experience in procurement administration, warehouse administration, inventory coordination, logistics, or order processing will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement and purchasing administrative tasks, including preparing, checking, and updating purchase-related documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and warehouse staff to support smooth stock ordering and replenishment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, delivery orders, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Support warehouse administrative duties, including checking goods received, updating stock records, and assisting with stocktaking when required.
  • Follow up on pending orders, delivery schedules, and stock availability to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks related to procurement and warehouse operations.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to support daily operations and resolve documentation or stock-related issues.
  • Ensure records are properly maintained and updated for operational tracking and audit purposes.

Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans.
  • No specific academic qualification required; training and guidance will be provided.
  • Prior experience in procurement, warehouse administration, logistics, inventory control, or order processing is an advantage.
  • Able to perform data entry and handle administrative documentation accurately.
  • Basic computer literacy is required; familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, or inventory systems will be advantageous.
  • Comfortable communicating in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, suppliers, or stakeholders where required.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow up on tasks independently.
  • Responsible, reliable, and willing to support both administrative and warehouse-related coordination duties.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.

Working Hours (5.5 days work week)

  • Monday to Friday: 7.00am to 4.30pm / 1.00pm to 9.00pm
  • Saturday: 7.00am to 1.00pm
  • 1 Saturday off per month
  • 5-day work week arrangement may be discussed where required, but preferred arrangement is 5.5 days. 

Salary Package

  • Basic Salary: From $1,900 per month
  • Allowance: $200 per month
  • After 3 months: Basic salary + $200 allowance, subject to performance
