Service Crew

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Service Crew members to join us. You will help to ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining journey. From warm greetings to attentive service, your role is essential in bringing the restaurant’s vision of exceptional hospitality to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve dishes and drinks with attention to detail and hospitality.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of dining areas and service stations.
• Handle guest feedback and requests promptly and courteously.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior F&B service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
