About the Company

We are seeking a Purchaser to support sourcing activities, supplier coordination, and material availability across ongoing projects and operations. We operate within the Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, and Construction sectors, specialising in ACMV and HVAC systems, including duct works, grilles, kitchen hoods, and related components.

Supported by advanced manufacturing capabilities such as laser cutting and welding, we deliver high-precision, durable products for marine, shipping, and building & construction projects, providing customised ducting and ventilation solutions through end-to-end services from design and fabrication to installation.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers to source, negotiate, and procure raw materials and components
  Coordinate closely with internal project and operations teams to ensure timely material availability

• Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and purchasing documentation

• Maintain accurate procurement records and support cost-control initiatives

Job Requirements

• Degree holders; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple purchasing timelines

Work Arrangement

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Work setup: Office-based, structured working hours
