Bar Assistant
We are helping our client to look for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Bar Assistant. As a Bar Assistant, you will support the bar team in delivering smooth, efficient, and high-quality beverage service. You will assist with drink preparation, bar organisation, inventory management, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Support
- Assist bartenders with preparing drinks, garnishes, and bar components.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in supporting beverage servfice.
- Replenish bar stations with ingredients, glassware, ice, and supplies.
- Ensure all bar tools and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and ready for use.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation throughout service.
- Provide warm, attentive service that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Support bartenders during peak periods to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Assist with stock checks, restocking, and proper storage of beverages and ingredients.
- Ensure FIFO (first-in-first-out) practices to maintain freshness and minimise waste.
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol-handling guidelines.
- Follow company SOPs to ensure a safe and well-run bar environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in a bar or F&B service environment is an added advantage (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent guest experience.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with bartenders and FOH teams.
- Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays based on operational needs.
