With production facilities in Vietnam (Hanoi) and China (Hangzhou), we support global markets including the US and UK, delivering high-quality products through structured, time-critical production and fulfilment processes.

Role Overview

We are looking for Operations Executives to support end-to-end coordination between overseas factories and international clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production schedules, delivery timelines, and client communications are managed accurately and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple orders in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with manufacturing teams in Vietnam and China on production orders, schedules, and operational queries
  • Plan, track, and manage production and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment to international clients
  • Coordinate multiple orders and shipments concurrently, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery details
  • Handle written communication with overseas clients and internal stakeholders professionally via email and reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production coordination
  • Experience managing multiple orders, deliveries, or production timelines in a structured environment
  • Strong written communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence with international clients
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
  • Proficient in basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation systems)
