Technical Sales Engineer
We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven Sales cum Technical Engineer to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, understanding business challenges, and co-creating impactful, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business goals, technical challenges, and solution requirements.
Act as a technical consultant, translating customer needs into practical, tailored solutions — whether by customizing existing offerings or developing new proposals with internal teams.
Lead and manage pre-sales discussions, solution demonstrations, and technical evaluations to support business development.
Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to align client needs with product capabilities and roadmaps.
Provide post-sales technical support and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of solutions, while maintaining long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in technical sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence, align, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
