Position: Personal Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to senior management, including the Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Executive Officer. This role is suitable for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key action items from management meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, visits, and arrangements for VIPs, guests, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage local and international travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, accommodation, and event registrations.
  • Support project management initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items.
  • Liaise with internal business units to ensure proper coordination and coverage across departments.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, schedules, and records when required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum recognised Diploma in any field.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changes.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Prior administrative, executive support, or coordination experience is an advantage, but not required.
