Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and creative Marketing Associate to join a newly established team focused on digital marketing and e-commerce growth. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who are passionate about leveraging data, analytics, and AI tools to drive marketing performance.
You will play a key role in executing digital campaigns, producing engaging content, and supporting the expansion of online sales channels. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in building and scaling modern marketing strategies from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g. social media, paid ads, e-commerce channels)
Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable improvements
Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness, audience targeting, and campaign outcomes
Create engaging content including short-form videos, visuals, and social media assets
Support media production efforts such as basic photography, video editing, and content planning
Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives (where applicable) to improve customer engagement
Required Skills & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields
Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, e-commerce)
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform insights) and data-driven decision making
Exposure to AI tools for marketing or content generation is highly advantageous
Experience in content creation (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools)
Strong creativity with an eye for visual storytelling and short-form content trends
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Bonus Skills
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Background in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related technical fields
Understanding of customer journey mapping and lead nurturing workflows
