Kitchen Staff

Location: Novena Square 2
Working Hours: 6 days work week, 10am to 10pm (inclusive of lunch break)

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and hands-on Kitchen Staff to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations at a mall outlet. The role is suitable for someone who is willing to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment, and able to commit to full-time work.

Training will be provided for dumpling preparation, and the Food Hygiene course will be subsidised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dumplings according to outlet standards and food preparation guidelines
  • Support general kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, packing, cleaning, and dishwashing
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
  • Assist with table service and customer handling when required
  • Follow food safety, handling, and storage procedures
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations

Requirements

  • Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage, but not required
  • Willing to learn dumpling preparation and basic kitchen operations
  • Comfortable handling non-halal food products, including pork
  • Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays based on roster
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to support different outlet duties
  • Full-time commitment required

Additional Information

  • Weekend off may be arranged on a rotational basis where possible
