Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts cum HR Executive to support daily accounting, billing, HR administration, and operational coordination.
This role is suitable for someone who is organised, meticulous with numbers, and comfortable handling both finance-related duties and HR administrative matters. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Salary: RM 3,500 - RM 5,000
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc invoices for pest control and hygiene-related services.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate records for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
Support month-end closing activities, including bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Prepare Statements of Accounts and assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, payment records, and accounting documents.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant external parties when required.
Support management with ad-hoc accounting, reporting, and administrative duties.
HR, Admin & Operations Support
Assist with HR administrative matters, including employee records, documentation, and internal communication.
Support staff training arrangements, performance review schedules, and HR-related coordination.
Prepare service agreements, job sheets, and operational documents required by the team.
Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and customers to support smooth service arrangements.
Assist in communicating company policies, staff welfare activities, and HR updates.
Support management in maintaining a positive and well-organised workplace environment.
Handle confidential employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, HR administration, or a similar support role.
Prior experience in a service-based industry will be an advantage.
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to liaise with the Head Office in Hong Kong.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
Basic understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR procedures will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail with good organisational and multitasking skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Good communication skills and a responsible attitude towards deadlines and confidential matters.
