We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing end-to-end project sales within the events, exhibitions, and experiential design space.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing end-to-end project sales within the events, exhibitions, and experiential design space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and secure new clients, partnerships, and project opportunities within the events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing industry
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, design concepts, and technical specifications
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and budgets for project proposals and tenders
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations
- Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle, including concept development, production, and installation phases
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications
- Monitor project progress and work with operations teams to resolve any issues that arise during execution
- Conduct site inspections for off-site fabrication and on-site installation when required
- Track sales performance and provide regular reporting on sales pipelines and targets
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Events, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, events, exhibitions, or project management
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client accounts
- Candidates with existing client networks or industry contacts will have a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Chinese speaking ability is a plus but not mandatory
