Personal Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and composed Personal Assistant to support a Doctor in a family clinic setting. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and patient communications in a professional and empathetic manner.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic while providing trusted support to the Doctor in both clinical-adjacent and administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Personal Support
- Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support to the Doctor
- Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate clinic-related tasks and liaise with internal and external parties
- Handle documentation, basic reporting, and record-keeping
Patient & Client Communication
- Respond to patient and client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Ensure clear, professional, and timely communication
- Assist with appointment coordination and basic customer service support
Clinic Operations Support
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to clinic administration
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Social Media & Digital Support (Bonus)
- Assist with simple social media tasks (e.g. posting, replies, basic content coordination)
- Support online presence and patient engagement where required
Requirements
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with patients and clients in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner
- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience in a clinic or family clinic environment (administrative or customer service roles) is an advantage
- Prior exposure to patient or client-facing communication roles is preferred
- Interest in or basic experience with social media management is a bonus

Salary: SGD 1,800 – 2,400
