Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented detail-oriented BD to support our expanding education operations in Malaysia. This remote role is ideal for an educator who not only loves teaching but also enjoys managing operations, coordinating class activities, and supporting franchise or partner schools in maintaining high standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct enrichment lessons using the Singapore Mathematics framework.
- Ensure lesson quality, engagement, and consistency with the company’s teaching philosophy.
- Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and communicate learning outcomes to parents.
- Support in developing teaching materials, worksheets, and lesson resources.
- Assist in scheduling classes, teacher assignments, and student enrolments.
- Coordinate training sessions and provide operational support to new franchise centres.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, class reports, and performance data.
- Collaborate with HQ on curriculum implementation, teacher training, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in education, academic coordination, or operations management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency will be a plus.
