Salary: SGD 3,300 – 3,600

About the Role
A premium hotpot dining establishment is hiring a Front of House (FOH) team member to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests enjoy a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and attend to customers with professionalism.
- Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area.
- Handle customer enquiries, simple service recovery, and guest requests.
- Work closely with both the kitchen and service team to support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer.
- Customer-focused, friendly, and energetic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
