We are looking for a warm, service-oriented Client Success Executive to handle daily customer interactions and support for our beauty and aesthetic clientele in Singapore. You’ll be the voice and heart of our brand — engaging customers through WhatsApp, social media, and calls with professionalism, care, and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and work on getting new customer bookings.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and calls.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries about treatments, promotions, and appointments.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building to ensure repeat visits and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and resolution of issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Pleasant and confident communication skills, with a clear and engaging voice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service, online chat support, or client coordination preferred.
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and goal-oriented with proven sales or tele-sales experience.
  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and wellness is an advantage.


Job Details:

  • Fully remote (work from the comfort of your own home!)
  • 6 days work week (Working Hours: 10am to 8pm, lunch break included)
  • Public holidays are based off the Singapore calendar.
  • Commission structured provided (based on customer show-ups to clinic)
