Sales Administrator
Company Overview
Our company is in the dried food trading industry, supplying a range of food products to customers and business clients. We are looking for Sales Admin staff to support daily sales coordination, customer servicing, quotation handling, and documentation work as the business continues to grow.
Role Overview
The Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting customer enquiries, sales quotations, and administrative coordination. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls, emails, messaging platforms, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle existing and new customers by managing customer relationships through phone calls, emails, mobile messaging apps, and social media platforms.
- Respond to sales enquiries and assist with quotation preparation in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare, organise, and manage sales-related documentation accurately.
- Keep track of assigned tasks and follow up closely to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate internally with relevant teams to support smooth sales and order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales updates, and administrative filing.
- Assist with general administrative duties as required by the team.
Requirements
- Only Singaporeans.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for basic documentation, tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Able to write and speak in English and Mandarin to support customer communication and documentation needs.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on tasks independently.
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, messaging apps, and social media.
- Prior experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing, or administrative support will be an advantage.

Salary Package
- Basic Salary: $1,900 per month
- Allowance: $200 per month
- Salary adjustment may be considered after 3 months, subject to performance.
Working Hours
Work Week: Monday to Saturday
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:30pm / 1:00pm to 9:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
- 5.5 days work week
- 1 Saturday off per month
