Travel Consultant (Sales)
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Travel Consultant (Sales) to provide professional travel advisory and convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings. This role combines consultative selling with relationship management, ensuring customers receive a seamless and enjoyable travel planning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional travel consultation and recommend suitable tour packages based on customer needs
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media platforms, and walk-in interactions
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and consistently achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Follow up on enquiries and deliver excellent after-sales service
- Assist in travel fairs, roadshows, and company events to generate leads
- Opportunity to take on tour manager responsibilities and lead tours when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, travel consultancy, or customer-facing roles
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage a diverse customer base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Sales-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy (e.g. WhatsApp, CRM systems, email)
- Prior experience in travel sales or customer service will be an advantage

Salary Range: $1,700 – $4,000 (inclusive of basic, allowance, incentives, and tour leading allowance)
