HR Internship
We are looking to hire a HR Intern for a leading food-related company with a strong presence across the region and listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with over 30 subsidiaries across Asia,
As an HR Intern, you will support a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, HR administration, and data management. You will gain experience across multiple HR areas and assist with tasks that help optimize the HR function, ensuring that we maintain an effective and efficient HR system.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all HR data is current and accurate
Handle HR administrative tasks, including document filing, reporting, and maintaining HR databases
Assist with HR compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment laws
Provide general HR support to employees and managers, answering inquiries and resolving basic issues
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Commitment of minimally 4 to 6 months
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Eagerness to learn and develop a broad understanding of HR functions and practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proactive attitude, positive mindset, and a willingness to contribute to team goals
