Digital Media Associate (Graduate Traineeship)
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Media Associate to join our group of companies across F&B, lifestyle, and wellness-related brands. This is a 6-month paid graduate traineeship designed for university graduates who are visually driven, passionate about content creation, and excited to bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
In this role, you will support and manage multiple social media accounts while gaining hands-on exposure to content production, social media strategy, and digital campaign execution. You will work closely with internal teams to create engaging content that resonates with a growing community, while building strong foundations in digital media and brand storytelling.
Traineeship Details
Duration: 6 months
Allowance: $2,200-2,400 per month
Work arrangement: Full-time
Conversion opportunity: Potential conversion to a full-time role upon successful completion, subject to performance and business needs
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Plan and execute media shoots, including photo and video content for digital platforms
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form video content
Create visually compelling graphics aligned with each brand’s guidelines
Support content creation across multiple brands within the group
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.
Support the development and execution of social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns
Adapt content formats, visuals, and messaging to suit different platforms and target audiences
Schedule and publish content while ensuring consistency in tone and visual identity
Brand & Campaign Support
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualise and execute digital and social media campaigns
Ensure all content reflects each brand’s philosophy, tone, and visual identity
Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, growth) and support reporting
Suggest improvements and content ideas based on insights, trends, and performance data
What You Will Learn
Managing multiple social media accounts across F&B, lifestyle, and wellness brands
End-to-end content creation, from ideation and shooting to editing and publishing
Platform-specific best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta
How digital campaigns are planned, executed, and evaluated
Working with internal stakeholders, creatives, and brand teams in a multi-brand environment
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
Internship, school project, or personal experience in content creation or social media is welcomed
Experience or strong interest in media shooting, video editing, and graphic design
Familiarity with video editing and design tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
Creative eye with strong storytelling and visual sensibility
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands and tasks with guidance
