Accounts & Finance Executive
About the Company
We are a growing company seeking a meticulous and dependable Accounts & Finance Executive / Assistant to support daily finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a strong eye for detail, and is looking to build long-term experience within a supportive finance team environment under the guidance of an experienced Finance Manager.
Role Overview
You will support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, smooth processing of transactions, and timely coordination of finance-related matters. This role is suitable for candidates with a basic accounting foundation who are eager to learn and grow within a structured finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily finance and accounting operations
- Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documentation promptly and accurately
- Assist with bank reconciliations and basic financial documentation
- Maintain proper filing and organisation of finance records and documents
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding finance-related matters when required
- Support ad-hoc finance duties, reporting tasks, and operational projects assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- Candidates with basic accounting knowledge or foundation are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Singapore accounting practices, tax regulations, or compliance processes will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems/software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Responsible, organised, and able to manage tasks independently
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support operational needs
- Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
- Fresh graduates with relevant accounting background or internship experience may be considered
