Front of House (FOH) Supervisor
We are looking for a proactive and hospitable Front of House (FOH) Supervisor, who will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong service orientation, attention to detail, and physical stamina to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
The company is a well-established Japanese restaurant located in Singapore’s CBD, known for delivering authentic Japanese cuisine alongside warm, attentive service. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality excellence, creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly according to service standards
- Carry, clear, and reset tables efficiently during service
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area at all times
- Assist with table turnover during peak dining hours
- Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues when needed
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Physically fit and able to carry trays, serve dishes, and clear tables throughout shifts
- Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
- Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic understanding of Japanese dining etiquette is a plus
