Service Crew / Stall Assistant (Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Service Crew / Stall Assistant (Part-Time) to support the daily operations of a food stall within a hospital setting. This role involves assisting across multiple stations including cashiering, beverage preparation, toast preparation, and basic kitchen support.
You will be trained progressively to handle different stations to ensure smooth operations during peak periods. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, be physically fit, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cashier duties, including taking orders and handling customer payments.
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard procedures.
- Support the toast station, ensuring food is prepared and served efficiently.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness at the stall and food preparation areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Rotate across different stations over time as part of training and operational needs.
Work Environment
The stall operates with a team of 4 staff members per shift, typically covering:
- Cashier
- Coffee station
- Toast station
- Kitchen support
You will receive guidance and training from the store supervisor and team members as you gradually learn each station.
Working Hours
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM
- Ideal arrangement: 3 days at least
- Sunday off
Salary
- Part-Time: SGD $11 per hour (minimum 5 hours per shift)
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work well with a small team
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced food service environment
- Prior experience in F&B is an advantage but not required
