Project Executive (Trainee)
Overview
We are seeking a resourceful and quick-thinking Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale exhibition and event projects. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on organisation, problem-solving, and working with diverse stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
You will play a key role in managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and coordinate closely with project managers to align deliverables with project specifications
- Plan and prepare necessary resources, ensuring all project elements are ready within required timelines
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
- Organise and manage all project-related documentation, submissions, and detailed records
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with operational standards and requirements
- Identify potential issues early and carry out troubleshooting both pre-site and on-site
- Support overall project execution across multiple locations when required
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
- Able to communicate effectively and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Highly organised with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
- Open to travelling and working across various locations locally and overseas
