Our client is a modern Beauty & Aesthetics Clinic dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through advanced treatments and personalised care. Combining medical expertise with creative digital storytelling, the clinic is expanding its presence across key social and e-commerce platforms — and we’re seeking a Digital Media Buyer to help accelerate this growth.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of beauty and lifestyle audiences, understands performance marketing metrics, and can translate creative visuals into measurable conversions.
This opportunity is open to candidates based in Singapore or candidates seeking to work remotely.
Strategy, Planning & Research
- Identify and define target audiences using tools such as Google Analytics, platform insights, and campaign data.
- Evaluate and select the most effective digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or other relevant formats) aligned with campaign objectives.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to identify media spend patterns, gaps, and growth opportunities within the beauty and aesthetics space.
Media Buying & Campaign Execution
- Plan, purchase, and manage paid media placements via platform dashboards and automated bidding systems.
- Oversee technical setup including tracking pixels, conversion events, UTM parameters, and retargeting frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure visuals and messaging align with brand aesthetics and medical-aesthetic positioning.
Optimisation & Budget Management
- Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative iteration to meet CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.
- Monitor campaigns in real time and reallocate budgets swiftly to higher-performing channels or creatives when needed.
- Manage and pace campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI without premature spend exhaustion.
Analysis, Reporting & Insights
- Track and analyse key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Produce clear performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews (“post-mortems”) to evaluate outcomes and inform future media strategies.
Influencer & Platform Growth Support
- Support influencer or KOL collaborations to extend reach and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.
- At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and/or Xiaohongshu (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands preferred).
- Proven track record of optimal key performance metrics (candidate will be asked to share examples of past campaigns).
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting dashboards, A/B test results, and campaign data.
- Familiar with audience segmentation, conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and campaign optimisation.
- Able to craft or guide compelling ad copy and creatives that balance performance with brand integrity.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (for campaign copy, audience engagement, and Xiaohongshu coordination).
