We are looking for a committed Bar Supervisor to oversee daily bar operations, lead the bar team, and ensure high-quality service and beverage standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.
- Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment.
- Lead and guide bar staff; assist with training and task delegation.
- Deliver professional customer service and handle guest feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and alcohol-service regulations.
- Oversee POS operations, billing accuracy, and end-of-day reports.
Requirements
- Experience in bar operations; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and rotating shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and physically fit for bar duties.
