Salary: $3,500 – $4,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Seeking a Business Development Manager to own commercial growth for full-electric and hybrid-electric propulsion systems, battery solutions, and energy-saving technologies across Singapore’s shipyard and vessel owner market through electrification, power optimization, and digitalisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Electric Propulsion & Market Development
- Target Singapore’s harbour craft, tugs, CTVs, ferries, and OSVs for full-electric or plug-in hybrid conversions
- Identify newbuild and retrofit opportunities involving:
- Battery systems
- Electric drives
- DC grids
- Shore charging infrastructure
- Promote the company’s portfolio of:
- Integrated electric/hybrid propulsion systems
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Shaft generators (PTO/PTI)
- Variable speed drives
- Power management systems
Requirements
- Singaporean or PR with minimum 2-3 years of marine B2B sales/business development experience.
- Existing network with shipyards and vessel owners/operators in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of marine electrification, propulsion, or energy-saving solutions is advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Salary: $3,500 – $4,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
