Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Products Executive to support the end-to-end coordination of travel operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless tour planning, accurate bookings, and smooth execution of travel arrangements while working closely with both internal teams and overseas partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end tour planning, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
  • Liaise with overseas partners and counterparts to ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements
  • Prepare, review, and update travel documents, itineraries, and booking details
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations
  • Identify and resolve operational or product-related issues before and during trips
  • Provide on-ground or remote support during tours to ensure a seamless travel experience
  • Support travel fairs, roadshows, and company events when required
  • Opportunity to travel and lead tours where necessary

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with overseas counterparts
  • Strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work execution
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
  • Prior experience in travel operations or the tourism industry is an advantage

Salary Range: $2,200 – $4,500 (inclusive of incentives, commission, and tour leading allowance)
