Accounts & Admin Executive
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented to join our team as an Accounts and Admin Executive. This role is all about supporting day-to-day operations—keeping things organised behind the scenes and making sure our accounting and admin processes run smoothly.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Accounts Support
Assist with bookkeeping and daily accounting entries (AP/AR/GL)
Help prepare basic reports and assist with monthly closings
Keep track of invoices, payments, and petty cash
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Admin Support
Handle document filing (both soft and hard copies)
Assist in preparing permit applications and coordinating with authorities
Support procurement processes like tracking orders or supplier communication
Help with staff claims, leave records, and basic HR paperwork
General office admin duties and ad hoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in admin and accounting roles preferred, but fresh grads are welcome too
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Able to manage your time well and work independently when needed
A team player who’s willing to chip in and help where needed
Good communication skills – you will be working with both internal teams and external partners
