Service Crew

We are looking for friendly Front of House (FOH) Service Crew members, ensuring guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong service orientation and physical stamina to support daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The company is a well-established Japanese restaurant located in Singapore’s CBD, known for delivering authentic Japanese cuisine alongside warm, attentive service. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality excellence, creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area.
• Handle customer enquiries, simple service recovery, and guest requests.
• Work closely with both the kitchen and service team to support smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in F&B is preferred but not compulsory
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Physically fit and able to carry trays, serve dishes, and clear tables throughout shifts
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic understanding of Japanese dining etiquette is a plus
• Can work in a non-halal certified establishment
